Green Innovations Floor Finish Remover penetrates and softens multiple layers of floor finish and sealer using a blend of lower-hazard solvents and softening agents. The softened coating stays workable for pickup rather than drying into a brittle residue.
The formula is APE-free and meets CARB zero-VOC criteria. Its wetting, pickup and rinsing characteristics support planned floor-renewal programs where conventional high-odor or strongly alkaline strippers are undesirable.
Application method
A clear, repeatable starting procedure
- Dilute 1:4 for heavy buildup or 1:8 for light-to-moderate removal.
- Apply a complete wet coat and allow 10–20 minutes of contact time; re-wet if needed.
- Scrub with a rotary machine and suitable stripping pad, then recover the spent solution.
- Rinse with clean water, allow the floor to dry, and apply the new finish.
Use note: Confirm the current label, TDS and SDS before use. Test compatibility in an inconspicuous area and train operators on dilution, PPE, dwell time, recovery and disposal.
