Purpose-built solvent cleaning
Nanopac brings Crest vapor-degreasing technology to laboratories, prototype cells and lower-volume production areas where floor space and capital cost matter. Its manual workflow retains the core immersion, vapor-rinse and freeboard-dry stages in a system only 16.54 inches high.

Refrigerated freeboard and condensing coils, a water separator and a sealing lid support solvent retention.
Complete manual workflow
The included work basket moves manually through ultrasonic immersion, vapor rinsing and freeboard drying.
How the process comes together
Ultrasonic immersion
The operator lowers the basket into the solvent sump for precision ultrasonic cleaning.
Vapor rinse
Parts are raised into the vapor zone, where clean distilled solvent condenses on cooler surfaces.
Freeboard drying
The load remains in the controlled freeboard area until parts are clean, dry and ready to remove.
