PROCECO TYPHOON®-HD heavy-duty turntable parts washers are designed for cleaning large parts placed directly on a swing-out turntable or batches of small parts loaded into baskets. These robust industrial washers use pressure, heat, and aqueous cleaning solutions to effectively clean and degrease parts to your specifications in minutes, making them ideal for manufacturing, maintenance, and remanufacturing applications. Beyond cleaning, the TYPHOON®-HD can be engineered for spray surface treatments such as phosphating and passivation.
The TYPHOON®-HD’s design includes a large-volume solution tank that minimizes foaming by reducing agitation, helps settle contaminants, and lowers the frequency of tank clean-outs. Standard features across all PROCECO heavy-duty turntable washers include low-maintenance pumps, digital temperature controllers, and cycle timers. Additionally, these washers can be customized with over 40 pre-engineered options to suit specific needs.
