The PROCECO TYPHOON®-RCP is a compact, heavy-duty batch-type power-spray washer designed to clean large, heavy workpieces. It’s perfect for cleaning dies, hydraulic components, and diesel engine blocks. The double sliding doors allow for easy top loading with a hoist or front loading with a forklift.
Using environmentally friendly, water-based cleaning solutions, the TYPHOON®-RCP cleans parts with a recirculating hot-water wash. A spray manifold surrounds the stationary workpiece, moving back and forth to ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces. The system effectively removes oil, grease, debris, and dust in a short cycle time.
Ideal for rebuild and remanufacturing applications, the TYPHOON®-RCP can also include options for removing oil and sludge, extending solution life and minimizing manual clean-out. Smaller parts can also be placed in baskets for simultaneous cleaning.
