The PROCECO Slurry Blaster Spinner Hanger is designed to degrease, blast clean, aqueous wash, and inhibit rust all in one system—eliminating the need for additional equipment.
This process is highly efficient and dust-free, making it an environmentally friendly solution for cleaning metal components.
The system automatically handles large single parts or batches of parts, mounted on custom-designed fixtures. The rotating hook moves the loaded part or fixture back and forth, ensuring all surfaces are exposed to the cleaning solution and abrasive slurry. This rotation and oscillation in front of the blast pattern guarantees uniform and thorough coverage, especially for complex components.
A programmable controller enables monitoring and selection of pre-programmed cleaning cycles for different components, ensuring flexibility and precision.
