Configuration flexibility
All of the controls for the Cube Aquablast® are located on the sloping panel above the large viewing window for ease of operator use. The machine is also available in the three standard Aquablast® sizes; the 915, 1215 and 1515. Alternatively, Vixen is also able to modify the machine to meet the customer’s specifications and requirements.
How the process comes together
Load the part
Position components for safe access to the surfaces that require cleaning or finishing.
Circulate the slurry
Water and selected media are mixed and delivered through the wet-blast nozzle.
Create the finish
Compressed air accelerates the slurry for controlled cleaning by flow rather than hard impact.
Recover and rinse
Slurry returns to the sump for recirculation; rinsing and media clarification are configured as required.
