Build the process around the result

STAGE 1

Load the part

Position components for safe access to the surfaces that require cleaning or finishing.

STAGE 2

Circulate the slurry

Water and selected media are mixed and delivered through the wet-blast nozzle.

STAGE 3

Create the finish

Compressed air accelerates the slurry for controlled cleaning by flow rather than hard impact.

STAGE 4

Recover and rinse

Slurry returns to the sump for recirculation; rinsing and media clarification are configured as required.

Build the right cleaning process

eChem can compare parts, soils, finish requirements, throughput, utilities and automation before a Vixen system is specified.
