| Operating Conditions | Chem-Crest 270 is typically used at 3–5% by weight for various soil removal and at 15–20% for rust and carbon removal in ultrasonic applications at temperatures of up to 180°F. |
| Substrate Compatibility | Chem-Crest 270 is safe on ferrous metals, stainless steel, nickel, chromium alloys, plastics, glass, ceramics, and silicon wafers — when used as directed. It is not suitable for aluminum or zinc parts. Check with your Crest Ultrasonics representative for alternatives. |
| Availability | Chem-Crest 270 is available in cases of 4×1 (6) lb. jars and in 45 lb. and 100 lb. containers. |
