This Green Innovations formula removes most floor finishes and sealers without amines, ammonia, caustics, butyl or other harsh solvents. It is well suited to schools, public buildings and institutional settings where odor and chemical-selection goals matter.
The moderate-pH chemistry provides strong wetting, pickup and rinsing while meeting CARB zero-VOC criteria.
Application method
A clear, repeatable starting procedure
- Dilute 1:4 for heavy buildup or 1:8 for light-to-moderate removal.
- Apply a full wet coat and allow 10–20 minutes of dwell time, keeping the surface wet.
- Scrub with a rotary machine and appropriate pad, then vacuum the loosened finish.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry before refinishing.
Use note: Confirm the current label, TDS and SDS before use. Test compatibility in an inconspicuous area and train operators on dilution, PPE, dwell time, recovery and disposal.
