Product overview

Built around the maintenance result

UC KP 159 can be applied to wet parts by spray or immersion and dries to a clear film without petroleum solvent, oil or wax.

The protective film is intended for process-stage or indoor protection and is designed not to interfere with dimensional gauging.

Application method

A clear, repeatable starting procedure

  1. Clean the parts and confirm the required protection interval.
  2. Prepare a 3–5% by-volume solution as a starting range.
  3. Apply at approximately 70–100°F by spray or immersion with complete coverage.
  4. Dry and verify corrosion protection and compatibility with the next operation.
Use note: Confirm the current label, TDS and SDS before use. Test compatibility in an inconspicuous area and train operators on dilution, PPE, dwell time, recovery and disposal.
