MG DermaGel 62 hand sanitizing gel has 62% ethanol by weight, 70% alcohol by volume, and moisturizers. Emollients leave hands soft and refreshed. Great for use in restaurants, day care centers, convalescent homes, hospitals, gymnasiums, restrooms, and anywhere with significant foot traffic.

Process development

Specify chemistry and equipment together

Cleaning performance depends on the complete process: chemistry, concentration, temperature, time, mechanical action, filtration, rinsing, drying and bath maintenance.

eChem can review representative parts and soils, identify the right starting point, and help validate the process before it is released to production.

Current documentation

TDS and SDS review

Always confirm the latest technical and safety data before use. Availability, packaging and regulatory status can change.

Application note: Final chemistry selection and operating parameters should be confirmed against the current TDS/SDS and tested on representative parts, soils and downstream requirements.

Build the right cleaning process

Share your materials, soils, throughput, equipment and cleanliness target. We’ll help narrow the chemistry and validate the process.
