The Optimum Console Junior from Crest Ultrasonics is a four-station (wash/rinse/rinse/dry) ultrasonic cleaning system that is designed to clean many types of
industrial components using a wide variety of aqueous cleaning chemistries. The compact, cost-effective Junior helps you eliminate CFCs and solvents without
sacrificing cleaning performance.
Its versatility in many applications makes it ideal for cleaning a wide variety of metal, plastic, and glass components as well as composites. (For even greater

Five standard tank sizes, available for immediate delivery
The 4-station wash-rinse-rinse-dry is ideal for cleaning at the microscopic level. Standard tank sizes range from 10″L x 14″W x 16″D to 24″L x 24″W x 20″D.

Our manual Optimum Console Junior is our base model, most commonly used in industrial applications where ultrasonic precision cleaning is not required.
Every manual console includes:
- Manual-dial adjustable temperature control — Allows operator to set each independently, per wash, rinse, and dry station. (For precision digital controls and timer controls, see our Optimum Console.)
- Smallest possible footprint — Saves space by maximizing compact design, with easy replacement of vapor degreasers.
- Stainless steel tanks — For maximum wear resistance and lifespan.
- Standard wire baskets — Available to fit inside each of our standard-size tanks.
- GenesisTM generators — Patented, constant power provides TRU-SWEEPTM sweep 40 kHz frequency cleaning action. Ensures contaminants are removed even from small recesses and blind holes.
- Full-length overflow weir for wash tank and cascade rinse tanks — Helps remove contaminants from the wash and rinse tanks to maintain a cleaner solution in all process tanks.
- High flow recirculation/filtration system on wash tank— Filters particulate contaminants to continuously improved cleaning consistency.
- High-efficiency recirculating hot air dryer — With unique updraft air flow design to dry parts quickly with compressed air blow-off to allow speed and efficiency. (Much better drying solution than traditional ultrasonic cross-flow or convection drying.)
- Sliding dryer cover — Promotes fast drying and protects against injury from flying particles.
- Electrical control box — Conveniently located for easy access.
- Single point utility connection — Fully plumbed and valved to single point for quick and easy installation.
Please note that the Optimum Console Junior wash tank and rinse tanks configuration is constructed by using one tank with dividers, to increase affordability.
