The PROCECO Eco-Smart® mechanical vapor-recompression (MVR) evaporator system is a low-energy solution that produces high-quality distillate ready for reuse. Unlike conventional systems, the Éco-Smart® MVR does not rely on electric, gas, or steam heating, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-efficient alternative for wastewater concentration.
Eco-Smart® MVR evaporators excel at evaporating large volumes of dilute solutions, such as rinse water from surface treatment, aqueous parts washing, liquid penetrant inspection, or die casting. In most cases, the distillate meets or exceeds purity standards for process water and can be reused without additional treatment. Incorporating an Eco-Smart® MVR into your cleaning process allows you to recycle up to 98% of your industrial process water, significantly reducing wastewater transportation and disposal costs while enhancing process quality. By routing your cleaning solution through an Eco-Smart® system, you create a closed loop, removing dissolved contaminants and replenishing your system with clean, recycled water.
