Water Jet Cleaning and Deburring System
The PROCECO RDB-700 is a six-axis robotic cleaning and deburring system engineered to remove burrs, chips, and non-parent materials from medium-sized, complex machined components. Equipped with high-pressure rotary water jets, the robot uses a lance nozzle to precisely deburr machined holes, intersections, and hard-to-reach cavities of steel or aluminum parts mounted on a fixture. This system performs cleaning, flushing, and deburring in one operation. Afterward, air is directed through the nozzle to blow excess solution off the part.
