The TYPHOON®-MD drum washer employs an immersion process followed by spray cleaning to efficiently clean small parts such as machine screws, fasteners, die castings, and stamped components in a continuous operation. The drum is designed to tumble the parts, ensuring that all surfaces are adequately exposed to the spray jets while moving the parts through each processing stage.

The washer operates fully automatically: the operator simply loads the parts into a chute at the drum’s entrance, and the cleaned parts are automatically discharged at the opposite end.

The standard cleaning process features a heated recirculating stage that utilizes an aqueous-based detergent. The system’s modular design allows for the integration of optional cleaning, rinsing, and drying stages to meet your specific process and cleanliness needs.
