How the process comes together
Final settings, stages and utilities are selected around the part, process and production target.
Load the work
Place parts in an appropriate basket, fixture or automated carrier.
Wash by immersion
Agitation, ultrasonics and compatible chemistry remove soils from exposed and complex surfaces.
Rinse and condition
Add rinse, rust-inhibit or secondary stages as required by the finish target.
Dry and unload
Complete the cycle with the selected drying method and prepare parts for the next operation.
