Configuration flexibility
This machine has a number of options, including a second stage rinse. A popular option is the high pressure 1000psi pre-wash, making it ideally suitable for heavy soil and grease removal in engineering reconditioning markets, or where loading very heavy components is an issue.
How the process comes together
Load the components
Place parts in a basket, fixture, drum, conveyor or dedicated carrier.
Wash and degrease
Heated aqueous chemistry is sprayed, circulated or immersed around the load.
Rinse or pretreat
Add rinsing or another treatment stage when the downstream process requires it.
Dry and unload
Complete the cycle with the appropriate drying method and transfer clean parts downstream.
