Jet Wash Top Loading

Jet Wash machines are built entirely from stainless steel, inside and out. The hot wash spray machine uses a hot water and environmentally-friendly detergent. A double-skin construction with 18mm injected cavity insulation provides maximum insulation to the hot water, resulting in extremely strong build rigidity.

Process capability

Vixen Surface Treatments have been manufacturing the Jet Wash Range for more than 20 yearsJet Wash machines have become the industry benchmark, due to their rugged and heavy built design which can ensure continuous use, 24 hours a day.

Configuration flexibility

The Jet Wash has been designed to automatically perform washing and degreasing on a wide variation of components. The process has three easy steps: load the basket, close the lid and then press start.

How the process comes together

STAGE 1

Load the components

Place parts in a basket, fixture, drum, conveyor or dedicated carrier.

STAGE 2

Wash and degrease

Heated aqueous chemistry is sprayed, circulated or immersed around the load.

STAGE 3

Rinse or pretreat

Add rinsing or another treatment stage when the downstream process requires it.

STAGE 4

Dry and unload

Complete the cycle with the appropriate drying method and transfer clean parts downstream.
