Build—and later modify—the process you need
The Digital Modular Series uses independent process modules so wash, rinse, passivation and drying stages can be added, replaced or serviced as requirements change. Rounded tank corners and electropolished surfaces support cleanability, while rear access simplifies station, tank and part replacement.
Expandable architecture
Independent wet-process and drying modules support staged investment and future protocol changes.
Plug-and-play options
Filtration, automatic fill and drain, detergent metering, conductivity, resistivity, pH and Brix monitoring can be integrated.

Direct-bond frequencies may include 25, 40, 58, 132 and 192 kHz, with dual-frequency combinations. Plate technology can extend into megasonic ranges for specialized precision cleaning.
