Optimum Console Junior
A compact, cost-effective four-station aqueous system for manual operation and limited automation.
Custom sizes are available. Standard tank, chamber, basket, fixture and material-handling configurations can be tailored to the application.

Compact multi-stage aqueous cleaning
The Optimum Console Junior combines ultrasonic wash, two rinse stages and recirculating hot-air drying in one space-efficient stainless-steel console. It is designed for a wide range of metal, plastic, glass and composite components and provides an approachable path away from CFC-based or conventional solvent cleaning.
Uniform cleaning
Genesis constant-power generators with TRU-SWEEP frequency control help reach recesses, blind holes and complex geometries.
Process control
Independent manual temperature control supports wash, rinse and dryer setup for repeatable day-to-day operation.
Production-ready package
Filtration, overflow weirs, baskets, dryer, plumbing and a single-point utility connection simplify installation and use.
Standard Optimum Console Junior models
Five standard configurations cover compact parts through larger industrial baskets.

Custom sizes are available. eChem and Crest can evaluate tank or chamber dimensions, baskets, fixtures, material handling, ultrasonics and supporting equipment for your application.
25 kHz or 68 kHz may be available as options; 480 V configurations may require a transformer. Final utilities and dimensions should be confirmed for the selected build.
Standard equipment and useful options
The Junior is intentionally compact, while retaining the core functions needed for a complete wash-rinse-dry process.
- Stainless-steel tanks and standard wire baskets
- High-flow wash-tank recirculation and filtration
- Full-length wash overflow weir and cascade rinse tanks
- High-efficiency recirculating updraft hot-air dryer
- Sliding dryer cover and compressed-air blow-off
- Optional automation, chemistry and water-treatment integration
Build the right cleaning process
eChem can evaluate your parts, soils, throughput, chemistry, utilities and cleanliness requirements before a Crest system is specified.
