Purpose-built solvent cleaning
The Crest AL System is an economical option for applications that require commonly available low-flashpoint solvents. It combines high-frequency ultrasonic immersion, filtration, distillation, refrigeration and an automated lift in a compact stainless-steel package.
Low-flashpoint capability
Designed for cyclohexane, isopropyl alcohol, acetone and related solvents used to remove organic residues.
Continuous solvent care
Filtered recirculation and offset distillation continually purify the process solvent.
Integrated safety
CO₂ suppression, level controls, over-temperature monitoring and extended freeboard support safe operation.
How the process comes together
Ultrasonic immersion
High-frequency cavitation removes fingerprints, grease, oils, mold release and organic films.
Filtration and distillation
Recirculation and offset distillation remove contamination and refresh the solvent.
Automated lifting
The built-in lift controls part movement while the automated cover supports solvent retention.
Refrigerated freeboard
Built-in refrigeration and a 100% freeboard ratio help manage vapor and solvent loss.
