LOW FOAM CLEANER
DESCRIPTION: A heavy duty low foaming cleaner formulated principally for use in automatic power scrubber and vacuum floor machines. It is also
recommended for manual cleaning and mopping of floor surfaces or other surfaces where low foaming is desired. Especially formulated for cleaning of cement floors in meat, poultry, dairy and other food processing industries. It was designed to remove black tire marks, oils, and other stubborn hard to clean stains in
manufacturing plants and warehouses.
Ultra Clean 0735 can also be used as a cleaning detergent to clean ferrous or steel parts. Ultra Clean 0735 cleaner can be used in Ultrasonic, Spray or
agitation/immersion systems. Not suitable for use on Aluminum. Recommended concentration is 5-10% by volume in water at 150 F-170F
USE CONCENTRATIONS for Floor Mopping::
Light Duty: 1:40 to 100-1 depending on soil level. This will remove standard soils including food spillage and oil drips from tow motors, etc.
Medium Duty: 1-20 to 1-40 for factory cleaning of oils or grease from floors.
METHODS OF USE: Use with an automatic scrubbing machine or apply with mop. Allow to dwell for several minutes for good penetration, then rinse with clear water.
REMARKS: Protect from freezing. If frozen, allow warming up then mix well before using to dissolve crystallized deposits.
SAFETY: Contains alkaline material. Do not get into eyes or on skin and clothing. Do not take internally. In case of contact, immediately flush with water. If
irritation continues, get medical attention.
