Precision solvent cleaning in a compact system

The Solvac S2 is the premium twin-sump platform in the Solvac line. It integrates automated washing, rinsing, cooling and drying with maximized solvent distillation for demanding precision-cleaning applications.

Twin-sump precision

Separate wash and rinse sumps support co-solvent processes and combine 40 kHz washing with a 132 kHz precision rinse.

Automatic low-line transfer

The internal lifter moves loads while the compression lid remains closed and sealed, reducing labor and solvent loss.

Dedicated refrigeration

Independent primary and secondary refrigeration prevent vapor heat load from compromising freeboard cooling.

How the Solvac S2 process works

A controlled, repeatable sequence carries parts from contaminated to clean and dry with minimal operator handling.

STAGE 1

Primary wash

Ultrasonic energy removes stubborn oils, greases, flux and wax in the selected wash chemistry.

STAGE 2

Precision rinse

A separate rinse sump provides clean solvent and high-frequency ultrasonics for demanding cleanliness targets.

STAGE 3

Vapor processing

Distilled solvent vapor reaches complex surfaces and geometries while the sealed system controls emissions.

STAGE 4

Cooling and drying

Dedicated refrigeration supports efficient component drying before the automatic cycle is complete.
