Description | Chem-Crest 77-C is a rust inhibitor concentrate designed for use as a rinse injection into an overflowing ultrasonic rinse tank, although it may be used as a standard final dip in certain applications. This product will provide long-term oxidation protection if used as directed of mild and tool-grade steels, as well as high-carbon stainless steels. |

Operating Conditions | Chem-Crest 77-C is typically used at 1–2% by volume in ultrasonic rinsing applications as an injection into the rinse stages. Normal operating temperatures: 100°–150°F, dependent on the material makeup of the substrate material. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations. |
Substrate Compatibility | Chem-Crest 77-C is safe on various metals, including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, zinc, and steels — when used as directed. |
Availability | Chem-Crest 77-C is available in cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, and specialty sizes upon request. |
