A continuous process, power-spray parts cleaning system incorporating a powered overhead conveyor to move parts through each process.
The TYPHOON®-OCW features a powered monorail overhead conveyor to transport parts through each stage of the cleaning process. This design optimizes floor space by allowing long parts to be hung vertically from the conveyor instead of conveyed horizontally.
The PROCECO TYPHOON®-OCW monorail industrial parts washer can be tailored for various applications, including parts cleaning, surface pre-treatment, and processes such as phosphating and Lubrite®. Thanks to PROCECO’s modular design approach, different standard modules can be combined to form a multi-stage process. Available modules include recirculated spray wash and rinse, immersion, ultrasonics, drying, and cooling.
