TYPHOON PCE

Ergonomic turntable parts washer

Ergonomically designed to improve cleaning tasks and productivity, with operator health and safety in mind.

The PROCECO TYPHOON®-PCE parts washer is engineered for the aqueous cleaning and degreasing of small to medium-sized workpieces. Larger items can be placed directly on the cabinet-mounted turntable, while smaller components are batch-loaded into baskets for processing. This front-loading industrial parts washer combines pressure, heat, and an aqueous cleaning solution to effectively clean and degrease parts in just minutes.

Equipped with a large-volume solution tank, the PROCECO TYPHOON®-PCE minimizes the risk of foaming by reducing agitation through pumping action, while also aiding in contaminant settlement. Its compact design makes it ideal for lean manufacturing cells or maintenance and repair centers, requiring limited floor space.

Ergonomic features include an optimal loading height, allowing operators to stand closer during loading and unloading, which reduces the need to reach. The easily accessible turntable ensures that the workload remains within reach.

The PROCECO TYPHOON®-PCE turntable spray washer is available in both single and multi-stage configurations, including recirculated wash and rinse stages. Standard design features include low-maintenance pumps, digital temperature controllers, and cycle timers. Additionally, the PROCECO TYPHOON®-PCE cabinet washers can be easily customized with a range of pre-engineered options.
