A batch-type, power-spray washer designed to clean large, heavy workpieces.
The PROCECO VRCP is a batch-type power-spray cabinet designed for cleaning large landing gear components weighing up to 6,000 lbs, which are loaded vertically into a swing-out holding fixture.
Cleaning is accomplished through a powerful nozzle manifold that surrounds all four sides of the stationary workpiece, moving vertically up and down its entire height. Additionally, a central nozzle pipe oscillates vertically to spray all internal surfaces, ensuring thorough coverage. This system effectively removes oil, grease, debris, and dust from the surfaces of the parts while maintaining a short cycle time.
The VRCP is offered in both single- and multi-stage configurations. Each recirculated stage features its own dedicated tank, heating system, circulation pump, cycle controls, and spray manifolds.
