High-velocity tube cleaning system
Designed for cleaning aircraft, rocket, and spacecraft tubing, this system uses high-velocity aqueous cleaning technology to flush the interiors of tubes and power-spray the exterior surfaces.
PROCECO’s Aerospace Tube Cleaning System includes multiple rinsing stages and hot air purging to ensure tubes are completely dry and free of residue. All fluids used in the cleaning, rinsing, and drying process are filtered down to 2.5 microns.
The system features a top-loading design and customized manifolds to accommodate various stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium tubes ranging from ¼” to 3″ in diameter, typically used in pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, and oxygen systems.
The work envelope is 30″ wide by 30″ high, with available lengths varying from 180″ to 480″.
