The PROCECO TYPHOON®-RW is an indexing parts washer designed for final or in-process cleaning and drying of newly manufactured components. Its compact design meets high production demands with a single load/unload point, making it ideal for lean manufacturing cells. Optional features like recirculated rinsing and high-pressure water-jet deburring allow for customization based on specific cleaning requirements.

The narrow footprint and single-point loading make it perfect for space-saving installations. Service connections and maintenance points are positioned at the rear, allowing installation with minimal clearance.

The standard cleaning process includes a heated, aqueous-based detergent wash, followed by an air blow-off stage powered by a high-impact blower that delivers clean, dry air to thoroughly displace water from the workpiece. All cleaning and drying components are tailored to the specific workpiece and can be easily replaced or adapted as production needs evolve.
