The PROCECO Slurry Blaster Tumbler is designed to degrease, blast clean, aqueous wash, and inhibit rust all in one system—eliminating the need for additional equipment.
Notably, slurry blasting produces no dust, maintaining a clean environment.
This system automatically processes batches of parts of various sizes loaded onto a rubber barrel belt. As the barrel belt tumbles the parts, all surfaces are exposed to the cleaning solution and accelerated abrasive slurry. A programmable controller with an HMI touchscreen oversees the process, allowing operators to select pre-programmed cycle times for the different components being cleaned.
